Ascend AI is an AI-powered business operating system for service and product-based businesses.

It brings customer communications, scheduling, contacts, team operations, and business intelligence into one secure workspace — so owners and operators can run the business with clearer context and fewer disconnected tools.

We collect information you provide when you create an account and use the platform, such as your name, work email, workspace settings, and business configuration.

When you connect optional integrations, Ascend may access data from those services only as you authorize — for example, customer emails, calendar availability, reviews, or call activity tied to your workspace.

We also process operational data generated through normal product use, such as appointments, contact records, tasks, invoices, and AI-assisted drafts you review inside your workspace.

We use workspace data to operate Ascend AI, deliver the features you enable, and keep your team aligned around customers and operations.

That includes organizing communications, supporting scheduling and follow-up, generating drafts and insights for human review, and surfacing business intelligence from your own operational records.

We do not use your workspace data for unrelated advertising or resale.

Ascend AI supports optional, user-authorized connections including Google (Gmail, Calendar, Google Business Profile, Search Console, and related analytics where enabled), Meta (Facebook and Instagram business insights), YouTube, Twilio for voice and SMS, Stripe for billing, and other supported integrations as they become available.

Each integration is used only to provide the functionality you request inside your workspace. You can disconnect integrations from workspace settings, which stops new data collection from that source.

Third-party providers maintain their own privacy and security practices. We select providers that support secure, business-grade operations.

We do not sell your personal information or workspace data.

We do not use authorized integration data for advertising or unrelated profiling.

We do not send customer communications on your behalf without your review and approval where that approval is required.

We do not provide legal, medical, financial, or tax advice. AI-generated outputs are operational aids and should be reviewed by your team before external use.

Workspace data is logically isolated per workspace. We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and at-rest protections where applicable.

Access inside a workspace is permission-based. Workspace administrators control who can view and manage customer and operational records.

For privacy questions, access requests, or deletion requests, contact our team at the email below. We respond in accordance with applicable privacy law.

We retain workspace data for as long as your account or workspace is active, or as needed to provide the service and meet legal, security, or billing obligations.

When you disconnect an integration, Ascend stops collecting new data from that source. Historical workspace records may remain until you delete them, close the workspace, or submit a verified deletion request.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing us with the account email associated with your workspace.
